Student Alliance for Integrative Medicine
The Student Alliance for Integrative Medicine is comprised of medical students from each academic institution represented in the Oregon Collaborative for Integrative Medicine (OCIM). This is a forum for students from all systems of medicine and health to connect, share and learn to speak each other's languages through www.StudentsforIntegrativeMedicine.org. We are planning for these networking opportunities to grow and expand greatly over the next year, but only with the grassroots leadership of motivated students. Email us to get involved.
Announcing the Student Alliance for Integrative Medicine Lunchtime Seminars
To kick off the first series of student networking opportunities, a handful of very motivated medical students from SAIM schools took the initiative to connect, create and coordinate lunchtime seminars on Integrative Medicine. This academic year, medical students at NCNM will give presentations about a range of topics in naturopathic medicine with allopathic medical students in mind. These are completely open to the public, free and include free lunch. Students from all disciplines and academic tracks are encouraged to attend. For questions contact the leader of these lectures: Mark Davis at mark.davis@student.ncnm.edu.
Did we mention FREE LUNCH?!
